SPOKESMEN It would be difficult to not recommend this for fans of Hot Snakes since the influence is strong, but the band ventures elsewhere too, always with great success. This is the 7-song debut from this well-kept secret of Carbondale, IL, who share members with the band Parlor. This is now out-of-print and there were only 300 copies made. Don't pass on this, srsly. VACATION This comes off like well-done Whoah-Oh pop-punk, but there's some atypical guitar playing for the genre that brings more of a 90s alt rock feel. The whole thing is sped up and played with punk energy and grit. Highly enjoyable songs from a hard-working young band.
